Yes, our free plan is truly free with no time limit. The main limitations are in the number of admins and surveys you can send. It’s ideal for an HR process owner in a small team to test the core features and see the value before extending access to other key stakeholders.
How long does it take to get started?
Timelines vary depending on your team’s size and needs. Some organizations are ready to launch a performance review cycle within a week, while in big teams with more stakeholders and processes, it can take up to a month. Our team will guide you through every step to ensure a smooth process.
What training is available during onboarding?
We offer role-based training sessions for different groups within your organization, including admins (HR and senior tech managers), moderators (team leads), and users (employees). Beyond the live sessions, your team has access to an in-app Help Center featuring guides and video instructions. You can also reach our support team directly from within the app for everyday needs, so your team can quickly get comfortable using Kadar’s performance review software.
Can we customize features as our needs evolve?
Absolutely. Kadar pricing is designed to scale with your organization. A small team can start simple and expand as needed, while Enterprise clients benefit from custom HR solutions, flexible permissions, integrations, and a dedicated Account Manager.
What kind of support do you provide?
We believe support should go beyond onboarding. We also provide repeat training whenever your core team changes or new HR process owners join the team. Additionally, every clients has a dedicated Customer Success Manager to address questions or customization requests. Our in-app Live Chat is also available for everyday needs.
Do you offer discounts for annual subscription or big teams?
Yes. We offer discounted HR software price for annual subscription as well as flexible packages for large organizations. Enterprise clients can also access custom HR solutions adapted to their needs.
Can we onboard gradually, one department at a time?
Yes. Many organizations prefer a phased approach, starting with one department or pilot team before rolling Kadar’s performance review software out organization-wide. This allows you to test, gather 360 feedback, and fine-tune the setup to fit your organization’s needs before scaling.
Can Kadar integrate with our existing HR tools (Slack, HRIS, etc.)?
We currently support a Slack integration that lets you import team members directly from Slack, with additional functionality under development. For other HR tools, such as HRIS, integrations are available as part of the Enterprise package.
